Northwich Victoria travelled to a sunny Whitby Bay but were defeated by two goals to one, against a battling Town side.
Chris Budrys had pulled the trickies level before Whitby hit a 77th minute winner.

Tom Field and Ian Kearney sat the game out, under suspension with Wayne Riley injured. In came Kyle Armstrong, Michael Roddy and Tom Smyth continued at centre back
Teenager Portas took the lead for the seasiders after 9 minutes after a strong Whitby start. Vics pulled themselves back into the game before half time when Chris Budrys hit a stunning shot from just inside the box.
The game looked likely to be a draw until the 77th minute when Jeff Smith struck for Whitby.
Northwich will next play Rushall at Weaver Stadium on Saturday, March 31st. Kick off 3pm.
Other Evo Stik Northern Premier results included a 1-0 victory for Chester over Matlock Town, Worksop Town were beaten by 3 goals to 1 by FC United of Manchester, whilst Chorley hit 5 past Hednesford as the magpies won 5 -1.
