The Club have today been found guilty of three charges relating to the CVA. We have vigorously denied the charges but have been found guilty regardless.

We will most definitely be appealing the decision, and have employed the services of Mr Graham Bean and his organisation Football Factors to handle the appeal on the Club's behalf.

We would like to reassure all genuine Northwich Victoria supporters that we will pursue the appeal to the highest governing body possible.

We will keep the fans informed as the situation develops.
