Question 1 e-mail
E-mail sent to FA Leagues Committee 24/05/2012
I have just spoken to John on your Customer Relations team. He indicated using this system we would get a message to the FA Leagues Committee prior to tomorrows meeting about the make up of the Evo-Stik League 1 Nth and Sth.
Could the following message please be sent to the committee.
From supporters of Northwich Victoria FC and sent via Northwich Victoria Supporters Club
To the members of the committee,
Unfortunately in recent times as supporters we have suffered situations due to problems off the field rather than those on field but have always done our best to get behind our beloved Northwich Victoria FC.
We believe this support helped our team reach the runners up spot in our league this year. Unfortunately due to technical difficulties with a CVA the Football Club failed in it's duty to uphold FA rules and we were initially demoted totally but then allowed, on appeal, to enter the Evo-Stik league 1 Nth or Sth which you are to deliberate on today.
We have always approached any situations that have been happened with humility and as we love our club we support it in good and bad times.
It was this year that this changed as we lost our ground due to a 'Business Deal' between 3 multinational companies and since then our club has had to travel to other grounds to play home games which is due to the generosity of the football family which helped us end the seasons fixtures.
Had we moved up to play in the Conference North through the play offs we had to secure a stadium of a level suitable for that league.
This was done and it is in the Stafford area.
As we are no longer in need of such a stadium due to the demotion we are presently backing the club to change our venue with the Evo-Stik league.
We are sending a similar e-mail to this one to the Evo-Stik league for special dispensation to move the venue for next season to a stadium closer to Northwich which the owner of the club is working on now and we believe he will be successful in doing this.
Our request is predominantly for the fans.
To allow a lower level stadium to be used closer to Northwich which will help both financially for the fans costs both in transport and entrance costs and for fundraising activities for the new stadium funds.
Which brings me to the request to your committee.
We, the fans of Northwich Victoria FC, would appreciate your committee taking into consideration the needs of the fans when making your decision on our clubs place in either the North or South sections of the Evo-Stik 1st Division. Therefore allowing Northwich Victoria FC to play in the Evo-Stick 1st Division North this coming season.
If the committee could, as we are asking the league about the stadium, understand that the North would be the most cost effective league for the fans to watch their club and also be more cost effective for the players and the club.
As we live in very volatile economic times we also hope the committee can understand the need to be in a better logistical position to go to away games which the North is.
We believe if we are placed in the North it will also allow the Evo-Stik league to allow us to gain a stadium closer to Northwich whilst we the fans move forward with plans for the new stadium in Northwich.
We know this is an unusual approach from a fan base but due to Internet speculation about a decision already being made about our being put into the South we felt it would be foolish of us not to request your benevolence on this occasion.
This option, we believe, became a greater possibility as we believe one of last years teams in the North has actually resigned making it possible to not change last years standings in the North in respect of relegation and promotion at the end of the season.
As we have said this is not about asking for special dispensation in the league we will play in but more about the financial implications for the fans of having to travel South to support our club against a more cost effective place in the North in these hard economic times.
We hope you can take on board our feelings when making your decision.
Many thanks on behalf of all Northwich Victoria FC Fans.

Question 2 e-mail
E-mail to Evo-Stik Management Committee
Dear Mr Snee,
Please could you forward this e-mail to Mr Allcock, Mr Harris and Mrs Firth.
I have cut and pasted, below this e-mail, the e-mail sent yesterday to the FA League Committee from all Northwich Victoria FC Supporters.
At a meeting for all Northwich Victoria Supporters, organised and held by Northwich Victoria Supporters Club, it was agreed that we would send e-mails to both the FA and yourselves stating our feelings over both the league we are to play in and the stadium our club should use next season.
We hope your management committee can look at the point we make and act accordingly. We would appreciate a reply to this e-mail so we know it is being looked into.
From supporters of Northwich Victoria FC and sent via Northwich Victoria Supporters Club
To the members of the Evo-Stik Management Committee,
We have indicated in the e-mail to the FA how hard it has been to watch our club do so well on the pitch only for off field problems to cause us to lose the potential to get into a higher league.
We fully understand that the technical problems with a CVA have caused the situation we have been left in and although we are very disappointed at the level we are playing in we fully accept there is nothing that can be done about that.
We would though ask the league to look at the situation we have over the stadium we are to use for the 2012/13 season. The present stadium at Stafford was in place to accommodate a place in the Conference North and we would like to take this opportunity to put forward our feelings about gaining a stadium closer to Northwich.
We know the owner of the club is attempting to secure this and we would like the league to consider the needs of the supporters as much as the need of the club.
We have requested via the FA League Committee to allow our club to play in the Evo-Stik North division and we would also request for similar reasons that our stadium be allowed to change to one closer to Northwich.
Should you allow this request it will be far more economical for the supporters both financially and in time as travel time will be shortened to home games. The supporters of Northwich Victoria FC have not caused the situation we are in and we therefore hope the league look at this as helping the supporters as much as the club.
The additional reason for moving to a stadium closer to Northwich will also allow us to get better crowds and also allow for greater fund raising for the new stadium that needs to be built in Northwich as soon as possible.
We have a wonderful fan base that believes in the history of our club and we would appreciate the understanding of the league in this situation. We understand that there are time limits on stadiums but due to the disciplinary action changing our league position we would hope a change of stadium would be allowed due to special circumstances.
Should the Management Committee feel they have to do this via the AGM we would be delighted to attend and put our case forward to the League members. Although we hope the Management Committee have the power to accept our request.
We hope you can take on board our feelings when making your decision when the club owner makes his approach over the change of stadium in the near future as we believe he will.
Many thanks on behalf of all Northwich Victoria FC Fans.
